It is not uncommon to hear that exercise can increase your sense of well-being. I could run through the scientific explanation around how it released hormones and provides the sense of well-being, but instead I want to go through how I use exercise to increase my well-being.
I don’t see exercise as something that is a burden rather a way I can improve myself. Exercise gives me the ability to increase my energy, strength, balance, mental capacity and prevent injury and lifestyle related disease.
Personally I do my Exercise first thing of the day and it sets me on the path for the day of being the best I can. And knowing I am working towards a health goal to me provides me with a sense of well-being.
